Welcome to ScreenExplain (screenexplain.com). ScreenExplain is a web-based platform that allows users to upload screen recordings, automatically analyze them using AI, generate narration scripts, add voiceover, and export professional video tutorials.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must accept these Terms before completing any purchase.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.
To use ScreenExplain, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

The ScreenExplain platform, including its design, software, AI models, logos, and branding, is owned by ScreenExplain and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.
ScreenExplain offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually through Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Prices are displayed on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Any price changes will apply from the start of your next billing cycle, and you will be notified in advance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScreenExplain and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with ScreenExplain for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.
This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only. Subsequent renewal charges are eligible for refund only if requested within 30 days of the renewal date.

However, by using ScreenExplain immediately after purchase (uploading videos, generating exports), you expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the Service has been accessed or used.
